Emma Elizabeth is a 20-year-old singer/songwriter from London, currently based in Manchester. Her songs have been labeled 'Honest and confessional' and 'Make every day experiences so tuneful'. Having written poetry since she was 7 and being taught cello and piano as a child. When she was 16 decided to teach herself guitar, which led to her combining her music with her poetry and composing songs.
Musicians she grew up hearing, such as Enya, Everything But The Girl, and The Corrs, were early influences on her music. These are all musicians who sing about raw emotions arising from real events in life, which is clearly a really important part of her music.
Having home recorded an accoustic E.P in 2010, She is now releasing a Studio E.P, Which will be sold in CD format, and to celebrate this release, she is having an E.P Launch in February 2012.
